Under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav) Modi government took a big decision in which the government announced free entry to all monuments and museums and historical places from August 5 to 15. Union Culture Minister Kishan Reddy said in an important announcement. No tickets will be charged at all historical monuments in the country from 5 to 15 August 2022 under Ke Azadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav . That means people will be able to see all the monuments of the country for free for 10 days.

Tourists are very happy to know that entry to Rankiwav has been made free for 10 days from today. Ranaki Vav of Patan is a monument protected by the Department of Archeology, Government of India. A ticket is usually required to enter there. But now under Azadi ka Amrit Mohotsav , Modi government has made entry there free for 10 days. On the fifth day of the Commonwealth Games, India has bagged 4 medals including 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze. The Indian men's table tennis team won the gold by defeating Singapore 3-1 in the table tennis final. From India, Harmeet Desai and G Sathian won the doubles match and gave India a great start.
