Indian-origin Satya Nadella has been appointed as the first chairman of MicroSDFT. Now Satya Nadella of Micro .Faft has been made the chairman of the company. According to media reports on Thursday, Satya Nadella became Chief Executive (Fisher (CEO) of Microfit in 2014.
He replaces Steve Ballmer. Nadella will now replace John Thompson. Thompson will now be the chief independent director. The company is currently announcing a dividend of 56 cents per share. Since then, Satya Nadella has played a key role in multi-billion dollar partnerships with companies such as LinkedIn, Nuance Communications and Genimax, studying in Hyderabad.
Her father was a government official and her mother was a Sanskrit linguist. After her initial studies at a public school in Hyderabad in 1988, He studied electrical engineering at the Manipal Institute of Technology and later went to the United States to pursue an MS in computer science, earning an MBA from the Booth School of Business in Chicago in 1996.
