New Delhi: The situation in the national capital, Delhi, is spiraling out of control due to the Corona virus and the Delhi government has announced a complete lockdown to curb the spread of Covid-19. The lockdown will start at 10 pm tonight in the capital Delhi and will continue till next Monday (April 26).

According to CM Arvind Kejriwal, this is the fourth wave of Corona in the city. The decision was taken at a meeting between Lt Governor Anil Baijal and CM Kejriwal. Exit during this downtown will be restricted and the same restrictions will apply as weekend lockdown.

"People need help in this fight," Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal told a press conference. We have presented everything to the people. The highest number of tests are being conducted in Delhi today. The number of flavors is increasing every day. The Delhi government has not stopped any deaths. We have informed the people about the number of beds, ICU beds and hospitals in Delhi.

He said about 25,000 cases come to Delhi every day. There is a huge shortage of beds in Delhi. Hospitals do not have drugs. No oxygen. Delhi's healthcare system will no longer be able to take in more patients, so it needs to be downgraded. He said the lockdown doesn’t leave Corona, but it feels like a break in motion. This lockdown will be small. In the meantime we will increase the number of beds in Delhi.
