Big news for Bhole devotees, Amarnath Yatra will start from 28th June

Big news has come for the devotees of Bhole. The schedule of Amarnath Yatra has been announced. The Amarnath Yatra will start from June 28 and will continue till August 22. The pilgrimage was canceled last year due to the Corona virus, which deprived the devotees of Bholenath from seeing the Shri Amarnath cave.

Amarnath Cave is located in the Himalayas, about 145 km from Srinagar. Located at an altitude of 9,378 meters above sea level, the cave is 150 feet high and 90 feet long. The yatra was also halted in mid-August 2019 due to violation of Article 0 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. Due to which the devotees who wanted to go to the last step of the pilgrimage were deprived of darshan.

The pilgrimage started on July 1, 2016 and within 32 days, more than 34,200 pilgrims visited Amarnath Cave. So after this year 2018, this journey will be normal and will last 56 days, however in the meantime passengers will have to follow Coro’s guidelines.
