Arthritis took him into confidence and got the credit card number, CVV number, OTP number in the mobile to close the credit card. And then transferred Rs 15,150 online from his account.

The payment process was stopped by the team immediately knowing all the facts and making necessary correspondence to the wallet company. And refunded the amount of Rs.15,150 in full to the applicant.
